•  F.A.S.T. and A-Fib: Things You Need To Know     Dottie Duncan, ORMC Emergency Services Director and Marcy Askins, Cath Lab Director will explain how important these terms are to your health.  Tuesday, May 8th at 11:30 am in the ORMC East Campus Auditorium.  Lunch will be provided.  Please RSVP     

• Busy Hands       Would you like to share your skills, learn some new ones and have a good time with some great people?  Bring your needlework or craft projects and join our group of "busy hands".   Busy Hands will meet weekly in May on the 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th at 2:00 pm. 

• Wake Up! Check Up! Breakfast Club     May is High Blood Pressure Education Month.  Join us for free blood pressure checks on Thursday, May 10th, 8:00 am - 9:00 am in the East Conference Room.  And as always you may enjoy a discounted breakfast in our cafeteria.  Please RSVP

• SeniorAdvantage Book Club      Discussing The Man Who Rode Midnight   by Elmer Kelton,  Thursday, May 17th at 2:00 pm in the East Conference Room.  Please RSVP

•  4th Annual SeniorAdvantage Health Fair       Join us for a very special health event on Saturday, May 19th, 8:00 am - noon in the ORMC East Auditorium.  You will find lots of great health information, refreshments, door prizes and many free health screenings.

•   Caregivers Support Group          Being a caregiver can be overwhelming.  Susan Frederickson of the Area Agency on Aging facilitates a support group providing opportunities to share with others in the same situation.  Gain new strategies to cope with daily challenges and learn ways to have time for yourself.  Wednesday, May 23rd  at 2:00 pm in the East Conference Room.

•  Cafe Dining and SeniorAdvantage Anniversary Celebration    Thursday, May 24th, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.  Join us for a special evening as we celebrate SeniorAdvantage at ORMC!  Dine for just $3.00 in our East Campus Cafeteria and have a slice of our Anniversary cake!  Please RSVP.                                            

•  Congressional Update with US Representative Mike Conaway     Tuesday, May 29th at 11:30 am in the ORMC East Auditorium.  Congressman Conaway will provide updates on Medicare, Social Security and healthcare legislation.  Time will be available for questions on other subjects.  Lunch will be provided.  Please RSVP
