Odessa Regional Medical Center Coordinating Garage Sale To Help Co-Workers in Port Arthur, Texas

Odessa Regional Medical Center is preparing for a hospital-wide garage sale scheduled for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, October 24th, in the ORMC East Campus Auditorium, located on the corner of 5th and Adams. The garage sale will benefit employees at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas, located in Port Arthur, Texas. Many of employees at that hospital lost everything due to the damage caused by Hurricane Ike.
Odessa Regional Medical Center and the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur are both owned by IASIS Healthcare. ORMC employees came together to coordinate this garage sale to help their co-workers who are trying to put their lives back together. ORMC employees, physicians and volunteers are cleaning out and bringing items to stock the garage sale.
The garage sale will be stocked with everything from clothing to baby furniture to kitchen accessories and sports gear. For more information, contact 582-8397.
