For over 16 years, the ORMC dietary staff has prepared meals Monday through Friday for the Meals on Wheels program. The staff currently prepares over 450 meals each morning for Meals on Wheels.

Every year ORMC proudly serves as the major sponsor of the March of Dimes March for Babies. ORMC and ORMC NICU Medical Director Dr. Sanjay Patel are gearing up for this year's March for Babies scheduled for Saturday, April 18th at UTPB. Dr. Patel is serving as the March for Babies 2009 Chairman. The March of Dimes champions the needs of moms and babies in our community and across the nation. The money raised through March for Babies will support lifesaving research, community services, education and advocacy that help babies get a healthy start.
